There's little point in improving things if you can't measure that improvement. This is a page which contains a few simple measurements and observations of those measurements over time.
My first contribution : the weight and body fat chart. This has been one of the most frustrating charts because it doesn't go in the right direction nearly as fast as I would like.
There are three main reasons for this. The first is that it started over the summer holiday period and travelling involves lots of restaurants. The second is that I've been going to the gym and putting on some muscle. The third is that I'm not trying hard enough.
Some useful information : I take the measurements in the evening just before going to bed and therefore after dinner and after the after-dinner drinks. This may contribute to the body fat percentage jumping around so much. I occasionally forget to take readings and that's what the long straight lines are - links between readings.
